What is Horsewisdom? 

"Horsewisdom" is a form of equine-assisted coaching designed to help individuals achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.

It leverages the natural sensitivity and intuition of horses to assist people in recognizing and enhancing their own emotions, behavioral patterns, and communication skills.

No prior experience with horses is necessary. All activities are conducted from the ground in a safe and supportive environment. Even those with a fear of large animals are gently introduced, and they quickly develop trust and joy in the shared experience.

What is Paintflow? 

In Paintflow, we paint with acrylic paint and brushes, spatulas and sponges on paper attached to the wall. The focus is on the present moment and getting into the flow. In a trusting atmosphere, you playfully immerse yourself in colors and shapes.

Christina supports you in getting and staying in the flow and helps you overcome any difficulties you encounter. Overcoming obstacles in your painting has a positive impact on your approach to life.
